Money Held on Sale Despite Tracking Number, Dispute Opened

I sold an item, provided the tracking number, and they still want to hold my money. I called them, and after I provided everything they required, they still gave me a dispute. I am not the owner of USPS. If USPS delayed the delivery, that does not give them the right to hold my money like that. What about my item?
