Ipped pff by t-mobile

In november bought sim card from t-mobile first card wrong size asked for new card got card, placed in my Iphone. Would not work kept sayong no service. I had paid 30.00 for first month service, after talking to several out of the country, who were very rude. Asked for refund was told no refunds on no ciontract service. Now i never got to use service. T-mobile would not refund thirty dollars. After gointg to three T-Mobile stores and again only one young man at a store in cicero Ny tried to help me. The other stores were not interested in my problem. Piss poor customer service at Destny syracuse.
