I ordered two free samples of face cream and only had to pay a very small amount of shipping. Was supposed to be able to cancel any further shipment by calling within ten days of receiving samples. Could not cancel in that time period because "customer service" could not find the account. I feel that by doing this it gave them time to send out second shipment and be able to charge our debit card $79.87. It took three calls to finally get the account canceled and still have to pay to ship product back to them for a refund.
