Sent for what was supposed to be free trial, just pay for postage and shipping, for 3 products called Wrinkle Free Face, Skin Beauties and Equinox Glow. I was in CT for a Grandchild's wedding and didn't have any reason to check my bank statement. Back in AZ today and checked bank statement to find 10 charges to my checking account in the total amount of $408.83. I received 1 small jar of cream and 2 small tubes of cream prior to leaving for CT and on my arrival home 1 more shipment, same as above. Called Co. And was told them I was returning 1st shipment and unopened 2nd shipment and wanted money returned to my account. Was told that they would'nt refund money for first shipment in the amount of $207.96 and upon receiving 2nd shipment I would be refunded a portion of 2nd payment. Do I have any recourse? I am retired and live a small fixed income. Thanks for any help you are able to give me!
