I ordered some "free" samples from this company with the knowledge that I was to pay the shipping of $3.02 which was fine with me. Now, I am being billed by this company for product I DID NOT ORDER. When I finally got a hold of someone to cancel, they asked my why I wanted to cancel and I said I didn't appreciate being billed for something I didn't order and the samples I finally received did nothing for me. They advised me to continue to use the product, that it was the #1 best-seller on the website. I had to repeat myself FOUR TIMES that I wanted to cancel. I was informed that I had to call back in the new year. After asking why, they told me "to give the product a chance and give us a better review". I said AGAIN. I wish to cancel NOW. The person told me I would be refunded in 3-4 days and I would no longer receive any more product. This offer was a completely deceitful SCAM. They should be responsible for paying back all of the money they have scammed out of people such asw myself. If my credit card continues to be charged, I am going to consider taking legal action.
