Ordered FREE sample of Sylk Face cream—sometime in Sept1912. Foolishly gave Visa card number to pay small shipping fee. Received sample sometime in Sept.
On receiving Visa Statement there was a charge on Oct 3 from this Co —amount of $80.53. I phoned and cancelled this visa card to find that there was a second charge put through on Oct 15/12 for $80.53
I have sent Evening Sky a registed letter demanding NO more shipments and refunds for the two items charged.
Since then I have been send two pkgs. I returned one unopened and refused delivery of the second one from my post office. They would have returned same.
At the bottom of a circulating email from a friend I noticed a site re face cream
consumerlifestyle.org
Checked it and it is the SAME Sylk face cream being sold under a different name
I do not know where the permission to send and bill me for product was hidden in the original offer.
