I ordered clip0in Remy hair extension from this web site. I thought it is American online store. The price attracted me. $78 and approx. $10 for shipping. I was mistaken with the color when I received my order. I immateriality contacted them for exchange first. They replied me encourage to keep them and let my hair dresser to fix them. I showed to my hairstylist-colorist and she said it is hard to fix them without damaging. And the amount of the hair is very thin, that actuality why they cheap. So i contacted again and this time I said I want to return. They sent email again that happy to do return, but I will have to pay for shipping and did not send me how to return, the address. So I've bee trying to contact them again and they don't reply me anymore. The phone 800 number always says that office is closed. Never buy from them!
