As a customer I have never witnessed anything like the way an employee was spoken to by a supervisor or manager I'm not sure which. It was unprofessional and embarrassing for both myself and the employee. Only for there is no where else in Waterford to buy Toys I would not give Smyths Toys my business. It was disgusting and disgraceful to watch and the poor employee was mortified. There is absolutely no need for that kind of behaviour and Smyths would really need to seriously question who they are employing. The supervisor was a non-national and in my opinion has absolutely no people skills whatsoever in the manner with which she to spoke to her co-worker.
