Poor customer service

Sales associates are not knowledgeable on store sales polices and/or are not willing to disclose information to customer until purchases are made. Mangers r not willing to work with customers in order to save face. I would expect a little more understanding and willingness to work with customers during the holiday season. Last time my family will ever purchase electronics from toys r us.
