My phone began freezing when I tried to open internet sites. It happened before and I suspected a hacking was about to start. I changed my phone number 3 times from Aug. 1 to Aug. 15 to shake 3 different episodes of hacking! Then, discovered my phone was programmed to go to Iran! Bought a Spring Board when changing phone numbers for the first time. That computer had an message to assassinate someone on it! Paid $195 on a bill and it was never recorded. Paid a $142 bill and it went to someone else's account. I paid $75 and that payment was recorded as $57! The billing records in the store at the dealer's are different than the on your phone records and customer service doesn't have the same information either. T-Mobile will not stand by its dealer who sold you the defective product, blames you for buying a store demo computer that the dealer said, " was only used by him for a few days..." The dealer put insurance on the computer, and confirmed to the person with me that he added it. When we went to look, it was not on my order documentation. None of my financial issues were addressed. They blamed me for "going to my Attorney General" and not to their customer service to complain. I think when you file 3 phone number complaints in 2 weeks — that that indicates that you certainly did keep them in the information loop! I Was offered a new computer for $130 deductible. The billing irregularities were never addressed and the day after the "amicable settlement offer" I received a bill for $742! I had returned my "free" phone to the dealer in total exasperation. I am looking for a personal injury attorney. To add injury to deep customer disgust — I was told they reported me to a credit denying agency. However, when I checked my credit report, that company was not on my up to date credit report: "National Consumer Telecom & Utility Exchange". They are among the most ruthless companies I have ever encountered. BUYER BEWARE! These are the kind of sellers that are bankrupting America.
