Quit using product 2 years ago, still being billed

I used incredimail for 3-4 years, and was very satisfied. Dealer convinced me that it slowed my computer, so I had it replaced with Outlook Express. Just received credit card bill showing that they are still billing me. I want my name taken off their records.
