This comany represents itself as a neighborhood hostess and that they have a welcome package for new homeowners that will offer discounts on home improvement products and services. They put in the letter a coupon with a scratch off for Home Depot of $20. When I called and tried to get them to redeliver my package of saving coupons and the Home Depot cash card they wanted to set up an appointment for me to have my water tested. I agreed and they now have missed 4 appointment times. I took off work and waited for them and they never came. The company they represent is Rainsoft and they are trying to sell this product with mis leading you to think you will get discounts to local merchants and the Home Depot card - Very much a scam!
