The Water company said that I owe 2 months - One for august and September... I did not live in this house. They are charging my son and I 50.00 per month. For these two months. I have proof that I was not living in this house. How can they charge 50.00 for these months? When there was only 2 people living in that house and We did not use 50.00 a month in water. When I ask to see a statement they can't show me.
