These companies are not reputable. I signed up for $4.95 SAMPLE product for both companies. I did not sign up for autoshipments of $89.95 each month for either company. I just spoke to Levelacare at 1-800-472-0549 and they will not refund my money unless I fax a request to their Corporate Accounting Dept At 1-866-899-4264 to request a refund. I did state today on the phone I want all accounts cancelled as of today. Time will tell if this works. I will report fraud to my bank next. These are not reputable companies to deal with.
