I wish to file a cmplaint against target stores for false advertising and fraud telling me I had won $1,000. Oo gift certificate.in fact I cannot remember the last time that I was in a target store. Also how them hell did they get my cell phone number. This needs to be investigated by the Attorney General and they shoul be sued for false representation.
