Miscellaneous

I ordered & paid for a clutch part in early September and when it proved the wrong size I phoned and was asked to send photos of the difference in size. I sent 4, and returned the too small one for a credit. I have had to e-mail numerous times (11) trying to get a replacement, (whole unit) which I was faithfully promised could be sent on payment of the difference in price (an extra $89). Tried phoning long distance (Ontario, Canada) several times only to be left hanging on the line for up to 20 minutes on one call. A "Mr" Will Pearson is the guy in orders and is rude to the point of silence. All I want is a credit AND to spend more money with the company for an item which I could do with having (Auto Clutch for a farm's ATV). People like this probably sleep OK at night. I couldn't: but then: "stuff" happens, eh! Someone (one of the 'little guys', but not me) may eventually take matters into their own hands, having been pushed to the point of utter exasperation by this kind of treatment and then the (Inappropriate Content Removed) will "hit the fan!" Texas has always been a dangerous place, so I'm told.
