Miscellaneous

We contacted Maxpartslist.com to order a throttle cable for a sand buggie that was in our shop for repair. The first time we got the order it was fine, the part fit and worked perfectly. After the first test drive, the buggie was back in the shop for some more repair, then off to a second test drive. Thats when the throttle cable broke. We called back and they said they would send us a replacement cable. We got the cable in the mail on April 9th and it was the wrong one. We called them to let them know and send us another one and they were rude claming that no parts of theirs had ever broken in 10 years. Then we tried to get the address to ship their parts back to them and get a refund and they wont talk to us anymore. There seems to be only 2 people working there, Hue and Will and they were both very rude to me. I spoke to a girl and she was the only one who treated me with the respect any customer deserves, she gave me an RA# and was very nice about it. We have tried to contact them several times and its gotten to the point where they wont even pick up our calls anymore. Don't buy parts from these people they are very rude.
