When you order these products the information is in small writing so to put you off reading that section - once you have ordered the item, it arrives as close to the 14 day trial so you don't have time to cancel & if you call they have your number automated so they don't pick up to ensure they obtain nearly £100 off you. Then they take another £100 a month later & you don't receive these items - when you call they offer you to have the (not received item for half price!!!) If you want a full refund then you have to chase royal mail - STAY CLEAR of this - Once you get through to the customer service & they are aware you are cancelling, they turn automated and talk over you repeating the same info from the leaflet (should be ashamed of themselves) - sadly this company is praying on people with weight issues & are seeking help - they don't deserve this
