Eyond bad

Beyond Bad. Is Fantastic Sam aware what is going on at his salons?!!! I went around one o’clock for color and a haircut and asked for Tracie since I’ve had a good experience with her before.
She was busy with couple of other clients and told me to come back around three o’clock.

I came back and she has already taken another lady which is not unusual, many stylists take couple of people at a time. Tracie colored my hair while the other lady was under the dryer. I waited for 40 min and it was time to wash off the color but Tracie was still busy with the other lady. Another stylist offered to wash my hair.

I ended up waiting with a wet hair, wet back on my shirt and open back door for one hour and twenty minutes and Tracie was still working on the other woman. I asked her to give me a spot remover and she did not respond. After another ten minutes I said I wanted the spot remover and I was going to dry my own hair and get out of there. Tracie finally gave me the spot remover and a curl enhancer (Fancy!).
Her explanation was that the other lady came before me. She could have told me but I guess common sense is not one of her strengths.
