I was bidding on an auction which showed me to be the last bidder from the beginning through the " GOING " process of 5 seconds but showed someone else as the winner. This was a very active bidding auction and if people were still bidding at the " GOING ' process the end amount should have resulted in a lot more than just one cent. I have won many auctions and NEVER has this happened before. Upon contacting them several times and being assured someone would get back to me - of course noone did. Nobody wanted to explain or give me a valid reason why I did not win the auction. I won that auction fair and square - but instead of assisting me they choice to ignore me. They are rude and uncooperative when there is a complaint or problem.
