I bid for a mobile and won and was asked to pay 8.53 I sent this and was then asked for my drivers licence and passport I did not send copy of licence or passport and now zinga has taken 186.62 from my bank. I have phoned and asked for a refund and was told I had to pay another 53.00 to canceal the membership. I never asked for a membership. What can I do to get my money back
