I got an email to say that I had won a portable dvd player. Like an idiot I believed them. Put in my bankdetails, paid the 1.00 to cover admin fee (as they called it) and even bought some bids. To get the dvd player I was asked to send in a copy of my driving license/passport front and back, bank card - front and back and a recent utility bill. Completing the form which is sent. I thought this was quite dodgy having to do all this to claim something which I am supposed to have won so havent. Today I checked out my bank online to see that they have tried to take 59.99 out of my bank, which has now left me overdrawn and I am going to get charged 8.00 for being overdrawn. I emailed zinga this morning and still havenot had a reply. My bank said that it is an ongoing thing which is set for every month so I have to close the zinga account. Have now logged a complaint with the bank in which they have 31 days to refund my money and any further attempts of them taking money out of my bank without my authorisation I wont be charged for.
