Account #0076441389 Direct TV added the NFL Sunday Ticket to my account without my approval. They sent a letter that stated I have to deny services instead of approving the additional programming.

After a horrible experience with the representative, they were not willing to remove the charge and I am required to pay it in full (even though it is only 2 weeks into 6 months of programming).

I am un-sure how a company this size can just add programming and feel free to charge for it because a client didn't say no to it. I've never had a worse experience with a company than Direct TV
