After being his tenant FOR 14 YEARS, I was evicted on the premise of being 2 months behind in the rent, even though he knew I was expecting a large payment in the mail from monies owed to me, which would be then forwarded to him. He saw the paperwork.

I was harrassed by an upstairs neighbor for more than 3 years who, apparently, was a buddy of his who banged on the floors overhead with a hammer at all hours of the morning and late at night at his whim, and who also jumped up and down loudly on the floors and created other problems and nuisances, such as destroying my personal properties (flowerpots), breaking out my overhead light fixture outside, firing a gun out the window, presumably for my attention, and is also suspected of tampering with my mail on various occasions; these situations were never addressed or resolved.

The apartment was beset by termite problems (never corrected), very bad plumbing which was treated in the 'band-aid effect' throughout the years of just fixing it in a minor manner which then meant that more plumbing problems would occur scant months later, and a glass shower door that was NEVER INSTALLED SINCE I MOVED INTO THE UNIT! Only the bare tracks were there, to which Mr. Sather always promised to install same, BUT NEVER DID! Indeed, I damaged my knees more than once when climbing into and out of this hazardous bathtub with no shower door by slipping and cracking my knees on the tracks. I reported this to Mr. Sather; nothing has ever been done of course. Likewise, the many complainst against Mr. A*hole upstairs fell upon deaf ears.

After the eviction against me had been enacted, my money came in THE NEXT DAY, and I promptly called him to ask that the eviction process be stopped. I had enough money to pay THE ENTIRE 6-MONTH LEASE AT ONE TIME! His response: "I don't want anymore rent - I want you to move out", etc. And, "In future, you are banned to call or contact me in any manner - just contact my lawyer's office", etc.

Of course, the reason for the eviction was 2-fold:

1. To raise the rent from $775.00/month to $1,000.00 / month on a one-bedroom apartment with NO amenities - not even air conditioning (and BAD plumbing)! And it can really get hot in that apartment, believe me!

2. Since his 'buddy' who lived upstairs from me seemed to want me out for unknown reasons, this had to go into effect. We were, or so I thought we were, 'friends' at one time... Then one day, he suddenly 'flipped' and started banging on the floors overhead FOR NO REASON, all the while blaming me for making loud, undue noise — the noise was coming from the apartment directly next door by college students - AND THIS HE KNEW AND EVERONE ELSE IN THE COMPLEX KNEW ALSO!!!

He is a 'recovering' alcohol with a history of drug and alcohol abuse who at one time lived on the streets, lying in a drunken stupor in the gutter, and then the Alcoholic Anonynous people came to his recuse, rushing his sorry a* to the hospital and saving his life.By rights, he STILL BELONGS THERE IN THE GUTTER, especially as his actions now prove him to be abusive, a liar, a creep, and a career criminal!!!

As I was in the process of moving out, this cretin drove up in a car (that he had stopped driving with his old license plates -he had taken to driving a black Mercedes with DIFFERENT license plates) and saw that I was still there; 20 minutes later, Sather appeared. Yep... They're buddies alright! My former apartment has now been rented out, and I am reduced to living - for now - in a hotel that is pricey! I want justice to be served, for it has not been so!!!
