Landlord Raised Rent, Kept Deposit, Garnished My Wages

I was a tenant renting an apartment that gave me a lot of problems. The walls and floors in my apartment were so thin that I could not walk in my own apartment without disturbing the neighbor downstairs, even with carpeting on my floor, and I got complaints all the time. The landlord next door complained that my TV was too loud. It was a waste of money. Then the landlord raised my rent, served me an eviction notice, took me to court, and charged me high court fees, and when I refused to pay, he kept my security deposit and had my wages garnished for an apartment that gave me problems.
