I purchased the registryfix software over the internet. It was not compatable with my 64bit operating system. The website did not state this anywhere. I immediately requested a refund. They give me the run around for 3 months then sent me an email stating that the 60 day moneyback guarantee was no longer valid. This company and there moneyback guarantee is a scam. Do not deal with them. You will not be able to recover if there are problems. Avoid them.
