I purchased RegistryFix sotware online. The add did not explain anywhere that the software was not cmpatable with a 64bit system. My system is 64 bit and the software will not operate. I requested a refund promptly. RegistryFix says they requested Clickbank refund the money but that has been almost 50 days. When I email them they send a generic response that the refund has been requested. The live help operator claims that they cannot hanle refund matters. Please help
