Company Doesn't Stand by its Moneyback Guarantee

IIST marketed its training program with a moneyback guarantee if the customer isn't satisfied:
"Whether you are attending for one day or all five, we will meet or exceed your expectations. If not, we will refund your registration fee in full."

I tried their training, wasn't satisfied and asked for a refund.instead of a refund, all I got was a bunch of excuses and stories. This excerpt from an email from the company is an example:
"I am sorry, I wish I could refund your money but this would simply be unfair to the business and makes no sense."

This company has blatantly ignored their own promise to the consumer. This appears to be a case fraudulent and deceptive business practice. They should not be allowed to get away with this theft of the customer's money.
