On Nov. 13, I purchased Paul Jenkin's ecurrency arbitrage for$247.00 $16.95 s h. The business had a 1 yr. Guarantee. During I tried to learn the business, I called several times to let them know their software was not compatable with my computer. Therefore, I could not obtain the business information due to the software incompatabilty. During Oct. I called again to let them know I wanted a refund, they always said, leave your phone number and someone will call you back to give you instructions on mailing the business kit back. I never got a return call. My time was running out with the guarantee, so I took the liberty and mailed back the business kit, On Nov. 7. I used priorty mail. The company received the business kit on Nov. 9. I have been calling them since that date, my calls are going into voice mail. All I want from this company is to honor their guarantee, instead I am being advoided. That is no way to do business. It is now Feb. I'm still waiting on my refund.By the way, their new guarantee is now 30 days. Opportunity seekers need to stay away from this company.
