Basilio Madrigal Univited Stranger and Trespasse

An univited solicitor entered our gated yard and approached my mother while she was getting in the car. My brother happened to be home at the time and immediately questioned the 20-something year old man. He identified himself as an ASU student selling magazine subscriptions, so my brother questioned why he drove an hour and a half out of Tempe to come to Wittmann. The kid got nervous and appeared disoriented and "not all there" suddenly asking questions, "Who's car is that? And "Are those California plates?" as if he were "casing" our place. During this exchange my mother wrote a check for some gardening magazines. My brother asked for his name and ID card, and the kid aggressively denied it. My brother took the receipt he was writing and searched "Independent Contractor's Service" and it immediately came up on usacomplaints.com. My mother cancelled the order and cancelled the check with her bank. A report was filed with Maricopa County Sheriff's Office because this guy named Basilio Madrigal trespassed on our property then continued to trespass on our neighbor's property before running into a wash.
