Hard adding money via western union

I have had multiple times trouble adding money to my card with western union. Sometimes the money goes right on there with no hassle but other times the western union says my account now account doesn't exist. I called account now to complain but they always say its western unions fault. Well, I thought that too but it's happening. Too many times I have to keep going back trying to add money to my card and that is a big hassle.
