Faslely accused of shoplifting

I was on vacation for graudating from highschool in florida. Me and my older brother was in went to wal-mart to buy Corn and ice cream for dinner and desert. When me and him where walking around the store a guy kept following us and looking at everything we do. So after paying for the items (i have the recipt) before me and my brother even gets to step out the doors we where stopped. A women who worked there showed my a box of a Arm band asking me if i knew where was it. I said no. Then she asked me to step inside the loss prevention room. My brother said if they where accusing me of anything and they pushed him out of the room and closed the door on him. Meanwhile that was my legal guardian because i am still a minor. They kept me in the room for 40-50 minutes asking me questions. They asked me to remove all the items out of the bag. They treathend to call the sheriff on me if i continued to say no. I told them to search me or to check there video tapes of me in the store becuase i havent even seen it. So the guy made a call to the sheriffs. Then my brother threatened them that he was gonna place a civil lawsuit and they fast released me before the sheriff showed. My brother called the sheriff asking if he could press charges and the sheriff said no but that he can sue them. I need legal advice on what i can do.
