Was told that I was approved but the agent was evasive when I asked them concerning the amount of the loan. I talked to his supervisor and I asked him the amount of the loan before I would approve the processing fee. The supervisor was also evasive but was pushing to verify my personal information. After going to the web site, I found out that I was not approved and had to reapply and to give my information over again to pay the processing fees.
