I have a car for sale on line. Lydecker Smith
contacts me and wants to purchase vehicle. Claims he is in Malaysia and needs to transfer money via PayPal. Sends email claiming to have made payment into PayPal account. Since car has to be shipped he has sent the $1500.00 extra for shipping with payment. To validate payment I must go to Western Union and wire the extra $1500.00 back to him. Paypal needs this done immediately to validate this sale. What a crock... I let him know I'm on to his bull and he becomes threatening. Even bodily threats. I asked him to no longer contact me but he continues so I sign him up on the FBI website. My next step is to contact the FBI
