I was selling a 1890's carriage on behalf of my daughter, and was contacted by Lydecker Smith. He said he wanted to buy it, as things like that were hard to come by in Malaysia. He said he had put the money (£1800) into my husbands paypal account, along with £1400 shipping costs. He wanted me to pay the £1400 to a shipping agent situated in Malaysia. I though it was suspicious, and e-mailed him saying i thought he was scamming me. He insisted he was not and it was all legitimate, and above board. He has e-mailed me several times, saying i am just making things hard, and that the money is already there and i just have to claim it WHEN i have sent the money out of my own pocket to this shipping agent, who, i suspect is his friend. Dont fall for this... Thank god i didn't. He is still insisting - after several e-mails, that everything is ok. HE said if should have just followed the instructions and paid the money to Western Union for the shipping. I don't think so!!!
