Lydecker Smith e-mailed me about buying a Prevost Motor coach that i have advertised in two or three sites. He claimed to set up an account in PayPal with the funds to buy the coach. The PayPal site (which i later found out was bogus) showed the amount that i was asking for the coach (310,000.00 1,500.00 for shipping). I was to send the 1,500.00 by western union to his shipper. Thinking that the PayPal site was legit, i did this. The next day i got another e-mail from him stating that the amount was wrong, and that i needed to send 3,000.00 more. Still thinking that this was legit, because the PayPal site showed the extra 3,000.00 in his account, i did. Then i got another e-mail saying i needed to send another 1,500.00. I became suspicious, and started checking out the authenticity of this. I then found out that the PayPal site was a phishing site. He also claimed to be in Maylasia, but i traced his e-mail and the IP address, and discoverd that this was all coming from Mountain View Ca. 94043. Even the PayPal site. I even got another e-mail from a Philip Coke, saying he was interested in buying the coach. I traced his e-mail, and it was coming from the same address. That is $4500.00 plus 93.00 for each transaction (3) from western union
