They took 30.00 from my account on 10/30 I called and spoke with an agen 8080 amanda I think she said her name was. I had to repeat my zip code 6 times to her! She refused to refund my money. I did not enter into a contract with them But they still took out 30.00! I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you
