Palm Loan Advances charged me 30.00 for a loan application fee that I did not apply for. They said that on November 25 I applied for a loan when I didn't. When I called to inquire, the representative told me that they would be unable to refund my money. She said that they could go ahead and give me a loan within 24 to 48 hours for up to $1000.00. I told her to freeze that account.
