I checked my bank account this morning and discovered a $30.00 charge. I contacted my bank immediately and was told it was from Palm Loan Advances. I did not authorize this charge on my account. I contacted the company and spoke to someone about fraudulent charge on my account. She just kept repeating, you are approved for a loan in an hour and $30.00 would be deducted. I told her many times, I did not want a loan, I want my $30.00 refunded to my account. Also, I did not want a loan and did not authorize the $30.00!!
My bank has put a freeze on my account, during the investigation. Ugh!!
