What went wrong

I had fallen on dec filled out accident report to the claims dept i was told to save my doctors bill because they would pay it and that never happend i also called the manager from that store and asked her to revie the tape and she said it was blurry you couldnt make anything out several phone calls to the claims depy 7 months later the claims dept denied my claiming they had proof that i fell in the parking lot when my husband and i know i fell on the side walk
