Inexperienced drivers and terrible customer service - PODS

I scheduled to have a POD delivered to my house for a local move (20 minutes). The drop off and pick up of the POD was fantastic. I later received a phone call from the driver stating that he couldn't 'swing' the POD into the driveway that concrete trucks have in the recent past been driving in and out of. Then, to make matters worse, the folks at PODS assured me somebody would be contacting me regarding the next step since all my worldy possessions were inside the POD. Not only did I NEVER hear from anyone, when i would call nobody could put me in touch with the person (s) that can make the decisions. I ended up having to have my unit delivered to the local township building and will be driving back and forth from there to unload. I plan on submitting communications to the over 2,000 folks I work with to advise them of how poor the execution and customer service of this company are. I will NEVER use them again. I couldn't be more dissatisfied and frustrated at a time when things are already frustrating enough.
