Had an appointment to put dish back up after my re-reroofing and guy shows up who has never done it before with no tools. Has no idea what he is to do and decides he is tired and can't do it. Call DirecTV takes the information and never calls back. I call back several times and they do just tell me that I have to be without service for another 3/4 days at which time I might get a new serviceman. Worst Service EVER! I was a customer for 10 years
