Damaged classic car in the auto center - Auto shop labor erro

I brought a classic Jag to the Wal mart for an oil change and tire rotation, upon return to the store the service rep said the oil change could not be performed because they did not have the proper tool, or the specs or the oil filter, but they did rotate the tires. I went directly to my mechanic and found that the store failed to properly place their rack under the designated lift points and damaged both front floor pans ($650 dammage). The insurance claim handler declined the claim and I filed a law suit in Fauquier County, VA. Stay tuned and forwarned!!! Bernie
