TV Bulb Replacement - TV, MIT 60737

Had a warranty for replacement bulbs for my DLP TV. Called two months before the warranty was up and requested one bulb (warranty was for two). They said they would call be back, but they never did.

Then I called back but the warranty was out, and they refused to send me a bulb stating the warranty was out. I told them I had called and they even had a note of the call, but said I was suppose to call them back. I told them I had requested a bulb what more do you need.

Alas, no bulb. So I will NEVER buy any extended warranty from this company. BTW you need to go online and see what other names they go by so they don't get you again by using a different name.
