I sent a long letter to the corporate office explaining how the Sales Manager tags on items to bill when the customer never even requests or ok's it. I had a Brake Flush, a Power Steering Flush (they do power sterring there too?) and a Tire Warranty all charged to my bill. I have asked that they review this as none of these items were approved at the time of sale. I am giving them the chance to make it right as I think that they actually did good work. Had they not pushed extra charges on to take a 1200.00 job to 1400.00 they would get an excellent review. I will follow up. Both legally and socially with this issue.
