I purchased a vac cleaner from this company by credit card following a TV ad. They have since used my credit card details to make 4 deductions (1.60,1.60.89.95 and 39.95). I am having problem getting the card company to reimburse me for this and am unable to contact these people or an explanation. Its just not good enough.
