I callle microsoft to help me with aproblem then this company iyogi comes on the website and tells me my computer had many problems. I ageed t use their sevice. They took remote andclaimed to have solved the problem. They only mad it worse. I would not allow them to touch my computer again. Asked them to refund my money and they refused. They have many compliants on there webstite. This is a scam they are using
