Smartnet Development free trail for grant search

Education & Science

I was given a free trial with Grant Search. After I filled out the information they requested, I was unable to locate there web site. I called there Cust Support 1-866-652-0479 I found a very long wait time. I was not impressed when I found it, so I called to cancel (long wait time) I called again told a lady to cancel and she told me I was charged $49.95 before trial was over. I told her I wanted a refund she said ok it would take five days. I told her this is not right, she said yes sir. I waited over a week no refund.

I called back talked with a man he said there was no record of this and I was ovre my trial period, and was no refund but I was canceled. Now i have to file a dispute with card holder. I also found this is Smart Net Development. Iam currently still trying to get my money back.
