Charged for a Athlon XP 1900 CPU but got a 1.2 Athlon OEM CPU

Until now I thought I was running an Athlon XP 1900 CPU on my machine. When I checked to make sure it could support a new game I recieved I was shocked to find it was only a 1.2 GB processor. No where near powerful enough and not what I had ordered to begin with. I get nothing but a busy signal and then dead silence or all circuits busy when I try and contact them. No support or costomer service assistance either.
