Approved for loan on house we were currently renting. Approved for total asking price. Cig made 2 ridiculous offers that were not even a 3rd of asking price over a 5 month period. Never got straight answers from anyone and would not return calls. House sold out from under us.informed them that we wanted our money back was told that we would have it in 15 days. Still have not recieved it and can not reach anyone at company.
